Commerce Group (II) Principles of Business Management

नोट : इस प्रशन को पाच खण्डो- अ, ब तथा स में भी विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड-अ में विस्ततर-उतरीय प्रशन, खण्ड ब में लघु-उतरीय प्रशन तथा खण्ड स में अति लघु उतरीय प्रशन है | सभी खण्डो को हल करे |

खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

इस खण्ड में एक प्रशन के दस भागो के लघु उतरी अपेषित है प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंक का है |

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short Answer. Exam part carries 4 marks.

(i)”नियोजन आगे देखना है |” इस कथन की सक्षेप में व्याख्या कीजिये |

‘Planning is look ahead.” Explain this statement in brief.

(ii) ओपचारिक सगठन क्या है ? What is formal organisation ?

(iii) नव-चिर-प्र्तिशिठा प्रणाली से क्या आशय है ? What is meant by neo-classical system ?

(iv) कार्यनीति (रणनीति) का अर्थ बताइए | State the meaning of strategy.

(v) विकेन्द्रीकरण की मात्रा को प्रभावित करने वाले घटकों को लिखिये | State the factors affecting degree of decentralisation.

(vi) अभिप्रेरणा की ‘वाई’ विचारधारा को समझाइये | Explain ‘Y’ Theory of Motivation.

(vii) नियंत्रण की प्रमुख सीमाये बताइए | Mention the main limitations of control.

(viii) अन्गुरिलता संदेशवाहन क्या है ? What is Grapevine Communication ?

(ix) एम् बी ओ क्या है ? What is ‘MBO’ ?

(x) नेत्रत्व बनाम बासिज्म को समझाइये | Clarify Leadership Vs. Bossism.

खण्ड-ब (Section-B)

प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रशन है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रशन कीजिए | प्रत्येक प्रशन 15 अंक का है | विस्तत्र उतर अपेक्षित है |

Each Section contains two question. attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 Marks. Answer must be descriptive.

2. प्रबन्ध को परिभाषित कीजिये तथा इसके सामाजिक दायित्वों पर विस्तृत टिप्पणी लिखिए | Define management and write a detailed note on the social responsibility of management.

अथवा

3. प्रबन्ध विचारधारा के विकास का सक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए | टेलर और फेयोल के प्रबंधकीय द्रष्टिकोण में अन्तर स्पष्ट कीजिए |

Describe in brief the development of management thought. Distinguish between management approach of Taylor and Fayol.

खण्ड-स (Section-C)

4. “निर्णयन प्रबन्ध का सर है |” समीक्षा कीजिये | “Decision-making is the essence of management.” Comment.

अथवा

5. रेखीय व कर्मचारी सगठन क्या है ? इसके गुण व दोषों की व्याख्या कीजिए | What is line and staff organisation ? Discuss its merits and demerits.

खण्ड-द (Section-D)

6. उतरदियित्व की परिभाषा दीजिए | क्या यह ज्वाबदेह्ही से भिन्न है ? क्या इसका भारपर्ण हो सकता है ? Define responsibility is it different from accountability ? can it be delegated ?

अथवा

7. नियन्त्रण क्या है ? नियन्त्रण की प्रकिया के विविध चरणों की विवेचना कीजिये | What is Controlling ? Discuss different stages of controlling process.

खण्ड-न (Section-E)

8. “नेता जन्म लेते है बनाये जाते |” इस कथन का विवेचन कीजिए | “Leaders are born not made. “Explain this statement.

अथवा

9. परिवर्तन के प्रबन्ध की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिये | प्रबन्ध पर परिवर्तनों के प्रभाव की विवेचना कीजिये |

Explain the concept of management of change. Discuss the impact of changes on management.
