Commerce Group (C) (v) Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship

Time : 3 Hrs. ] [M.M. : 100

नोट : इस प्रशन को पाच खण्डो- अ, ब तथा स में भी विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड-अ में विस्ततर-उतरीय प्रशन, खण्ड ब में लघु-उतरीय प्रशन तथा खण्ड स में अति लघु उतरीय प्रशन है | सभी खण्डो को हल करे |

खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

इस खण्ड में एक प्रशन के दस भागो के लघु उतरी अपेषित है प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंक का है |

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short Answer. Exam part carries 4 marks.

(i) उधमिता का अर्थ स्पष्ट कीजिए Explain the meaning of Entrepreneurship.

(ii) “उधमी जन्म नही लते, बनाये जाते है |” स्पष्ट कीजिए | “Entrepreneurs are made not born”. Explain.

(iii) उधमिता विकास कार्यक्रम | Entrepreneurship Development Programme.

(iv) स्वाट विशलेषण | SWOT Analysis.

(v) “उधमिता विकास का केन्द्र बिन्दु है | स्पष्ट कीजिए | “The Entrepreneur is the piot of development.” Explain.

(vi) उधमी नवप्रवर्तनकर्ता होता है | The Entrepreneur is innovator.

(vii) अवसर विशलेषण | Opportunities analysis.

(viii) उधम पूँजी | Venture Capital.

(ix) उधमी और विदेशी विनिमय का अर्जन | Entrepreneur and foreign exchange earning.

(x) उधमी और आयात प्रतिस्थापन | Entrepreneur and import substitution.

खण्ड-ब (Section-B)

प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रशन है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रशन कीजिए | प्रत्येक प्रशन 15 अंक का है | विस्तत्र उतर अपेक्षित है |

Each Section contains two question. attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 Marks. Answer must be descriptive.

2. “उधमिता पर्यावरण-अभिमुखी किर्या है |” समझिए और बतलइए की आर्थिक पर्यावरण किस प्रकार उधमिता के विकास में सहायक है | “Entrepreneurship is an environment-oriented activity.” Explain and state that how does economic environment assist in development of entrepreneurship.

अथवा

3. निर्णयन की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए | आदर्श निर्णयन प्रक्रिया का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए | Explain the concept of decision-making. Describe in brief the process of ideal decision-making.

खण्ड-स (Section-C)

4. उधमिता पर्यावरण क्या है ? उधमिता पर्यावरण को प्रभावित करने वाले घटकों का वर्णन कीजिए | What is entrepreneurial environment ? describe the various factors affecting entrepreneurial environment.

अथवा

5. किसी नई इकाई की स्थापना के लिए उधमी को कोन-कोन से वैधानिक औपचारिकता पूरी करनी पडती है ? संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए | What legal formalities are to be complied by an entrepreneur for establishment of a new unit ? Explain in brief.

खण्ड-द (Section-D)

6. नवाचारक के रूप में देश के आर्थिक विकास में उधमी की भूमिका की विवेचना कीजिए | Discuss the role of entrepreneur as an innovator in the economic development of country.

अथवा

7. उधमिता विकास कार्यक्रमो को संगठित करने में राजकीय योगदान का समीक्षात्मक मूल्याकन कीजिए | Critically evaluate the role of government in organizing entrepreneurial developments programmes.

खण्ड-इ (Section-E)

8. निर्यात सम्वर्धन तथा आयात प्रतिस्थापन में उधमी के योगदान का वर्णन कीजिए | Describe the role of entrepreneur in export promotion and import substitution.

अथवा

9. स्थानीय माँग का अर्थ स्पष्ट कीजिए | स्थानीय माँग के आवर्धन तथा पूर्ति के घटकों की विवेचना कीजिए | Explain the meaning of local demand. Discuss the factors augment and meeting local demand.
