Commerce Group (II) Principles of Business Management

नोट : इस प्रशन को पाच खण्डो- अ, ब तथा स में भी विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड-अ में विस्ततर-उतरीय प्रशन, खण्ड ब में लघु-उतरीय प्रशन तथा खण्ड स में अति लघु उतरीय प्रशन है | सभी खण्डो को हल करे |

खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

इस खण्ड में एक प्रशन के दस भागो के लघु उतरी अपेषित है प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंक का है |

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short Answer. Exam part carries 4 marks.

(i) प्रबन्ध की अवधारणा से क्या आशय है ? What is meant by management concept ?

(ii) नोकरशाही क्या है ? What is Bureaucracy ?

(iii) व्यूहरचना नियोजन क्या है ? What is strategic Planning ?

(iv) विवेकपूर्ण निर्णय क्या है ? What is Rationale decision-making ?

(v) आदर्श सगठन क्या है ? What is ideal organisation ?

(vi) समिति सगठन से क्या आशय है ? What is meant by committee organisation ?

(vii) विकेन्द्रीयकरण क्या है ? What is decentralisation ?

(viii) विभागीयकरण से प्रमुख दोष बताइए | State the main demerits of deparunentation.

(ix) अभिप्रेरणा की ‘एक्स’ विचारधारा को समझाइये | Explain ‘X’ Theory of Motivation.

(x) परिवर्तन की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए Explain the concepts of change.

खण्ड-ब (Section-B)

प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रशन है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रशन कीजिए | प्रत्येक प्रशन 15 अंक का है | विस्तत्र उतर अपेक्षित है |

Each Section contains two question. attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 Marks. Answer must be descriptive.

2. प्रबन्ध की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए | भारत के आर्थिक विकास में प्रबन्ध के बढ़ते हुए महत्व की विवेचना कीजिए |

Define concept of management. Discuss the increasing importance of management in the economic development of India.

अथवा

3. वैज्ञानिक प्रबन्ध क्या है ? प्रबन्ध के क्षेत्र में एफ. डब्लू. टेलर की भूमिका की विवेचना कीजिए | What is scientific management ? Discuss the role of F.W. Taylor in the field of Scientific management.

खण्ड- स (Section-C)

4. निर्णय से क्या तात्पर्य है ? निर्णयन की प्रिक्रिया का वर्णन कीजिए | What do you mean by decision-making ? Elaborate the process of decision-making.

अथवा

5. नियोजन की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए तथा इसके प्रकारों का वर्णन कीजिए | Explain the concept of planning and describe its types.

खण्ड-द (Section-D)

6. कार्यनिति को परिभाषित कीजिए | कार्यनीति निर्माण के अन्तगर्त उठाये जाने वाले कदमो का वर्णन कीजिए | Define strategy. Describe the steps taken in the formulation organsation.

अथवा

7. विभागीयकरण से आप क्या समझते है ? इसकी आवश्यकता एव महत्व पर प्रकाश डालिए | What do you mean by departmentation? Explain its need and importance.

खण्ड-इ (Section-E)

8. सगठन को समझाये तथा ओपचारिक व् अनोपचारिक सगठन में अन्तर बताइए | Explain organisation and differentiate between formal and informal organisation .

अथवा

9. नेत्रत्व शैली से क्या आशय है ? नेत्रत्व के विभिन स्वरूपों का वर्णन कीजिए | What do you mean by Leadership style ? Describe the various styles of Leader ship.
