Commerce Group (II) Principles of Business Management

Time : 3 Hrs. ] [M.M. : 100

नोट : इस प्रशन को पाच खण्डो- अ, ब तथा स में भी विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड-अ में विस्ततर-उतरीय प्रशन, खण्ड ब में लघु-उतरीय प्रशन तथा खण्ड स में अति लघु उतरीय प्रशन है | सभी खण्डो को हल करे |

खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

इस खण्ड में एक प्रशन के दस भागो के लघु उतरी अपेषित है प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंक का है |

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short Answer. Exam part carries 4 marks.

(i) “प्रबन्ध कला है, विज्ञानं अथवा दोनों |” इस कथन की संक्षेप में व्याख्या कीजिए | ‘Management is an art, Science or both.”Explain this statement in brief.

(ii) चिर प्रतिष्टता प्रणाली से क्या आशय है ? What is meant by classical system ?

(iii) परिसीमित विवेकता क्या है ? What is bounded rationality ?

(iv) क्या भारत में समामेलन नियोजन सफल रहा है ? संक्षेप में बताइए | Is corporate planning is successful in India ? Explain in brief.

(v) अधिकार एव उतरदायित्व में सम्बन्ध बताइए |State the relationship between authority and responsibility.

(vi) समिति सगठन को किस प्रकार से प्रभावी बनाया जा सकता है ? How can the committee organization be made effective?

(vii) वितीय प्रेरणाओ को समझिए | Explain financial incentives.

(viii) स्वतंत्रता नेत्रत्व से क्या आशय है ? What is meant by free rein leadership ?

(ix) परम्परागत नियंत्रण तकनीको का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए | Describe in brief the traditional techniques of control.

(x) परिवर्तन की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए |Explain the concept of change.

खण्ड-ब (Section-B)

प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रशन है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रशन कीजिए | प्रत्येक प्रशन 15 अंक का है | विस्तत्र उतर अपेक्षित है |

Each Section contains two question. attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 Marks. Answer must be descriptive.

2. ” प्रबन्ध व्यक्तियों का विकास है, न की वस्तुओ का निर्देशन |” इस कथन को स्पष्ट कीजिए | “Management is the development of men and not the field of management?

अथवा

3. “आधुनिक प्रबन्ध के वास्तविक पिता हेनरी फेयोल है |” क्या आप सहमत है ? प्रबन्ध के श्रेत्र में हेनरी फेयोल का क्या योगदान है ? The real father of modern management is Henry Fayol.” Do you agree ? What is the main contribution of Henry Fayol in the field of management?

4. नियोजन प्रकिर्या से आप क्या समझते है ? इसके प्रमुख पगों की विवेचना कीजिए | What do yo understand by planning process ? Discuss the steps involved in it.

अथवा

5. कार्यनीति को पपरिभाषित कीजिए | कार्यनीति निर्माण के अंतगर्त उठाये जाने वाले कदमो का वर्णन कीजिए | Define strategy. Describe the steps taken in the formulation of strategy.

खण्ड-स (Section-D)

6. सगठन अवधारणा क्या है ? इसकी विशेषताओ तथा सगठन के विभिन्न सिद्धान्तो की विवेचना कीजिए | What is organization concept ? Describe its characteristics and different principles of organization.

अथवा

7. विभागीयकरण से आप क्या समझते है ? इसके विभिन प्रारूपो की उनके सापेक्षित गुण-दोष बतलाते हुए व्याख्या कीजिए | What do you mean from departmentation ? Explain its different forms stating their comparative merits demerits.

खण्ड-स (Section-E)

8. लिकर्ट की चोरो प्रबन्ध प्रणालियों का वर्णन कीजिए|इसमे से आपकी सम्मति में कोन ससी प्रबन्ध प्रणाली सर्वश्रेठ है ? Describe Likert’s four management systems. Which of the management system is the best in your opinion ?

अथवा

9. परिवर्तन के प्रितरोध से क्या आशय है ? लोग परिवर्तन का प्रितरोध क्यों करते है ? परिवर्तन के प्रितरोध को कम कैसे किया जा सकता है ?

What is meant by resistance to change ? Why people react to change ? How resistance to change can be reduced?
