Note: इस – पत्र को पाच खण्डो – अ , ब , स , द , एवं इ में विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड – अ ( लघु उतरीय प्रश्न है , जिसके दस भाग है | ये सभी दस भाग अनिबार्य है | खण्ड – ब , स , द , एवं इ ( विस्तृत उतरीय प्रश्न ) प्रत्येक में दो प्रश्न है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न कीजिए | विस्तृत उतर अपेक्षित है |
This is paper is divided into five Sections – A, B, C, D, & E Section – A ( Short Answer Questions ) contains one question of ten parts requiring short answer . all these ten parts one compulsory . Sections –B, C, D, & E (Descriptive Answer questions) each contains two questions. Attempt one question from each Section. Answer must be descriptive.

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short answer. Each part carries 4 marks
खण्ड – अ ( Section – A )
1 . (i) ई-मेल | E-mail (vi) विचारगोष्ठी | Seminar
(ii) फैक्स | FAX (vii) प्रथम मसौदा | First draft.
(iii) स्वाट | SWOT (viii) पैरा भाषा | Para Language
(iv) साक्षात्कार |Interview (ix)रिज्यूम | Resume
(v) तगादे के पत्र | Collection letters (x) समूह विवेचना | Group discussion.
खण्ड –ब , स , द , एवं इ (sections –B, C, D, & E,)
प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रश्न है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न कीजिए | प्रत्येक प्रश्न 15 अंक का है | विस्तृत उतर अपेक्षित है |
Each section contains two questions. Attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 marks. Answer must be descriptive.
खण्ड – ब (section –B)
2 . व्यवसारिक सम्प्रेषण क्या है? सम्प्रेषण के विभिन्न प्रतिदर्शो एवं प्रकिृयाओ की विवेचना कीजिए |
What is business communication? Discuss the models and process of communication.
अथवा
3 . सकारात्मक वैयकि्तक गुणों में विकास को समजाइए |
Discuss the development of positive attitudes.
खण्ड – स ( Section – C )
4 . प्रतिवेदन लेखन क्या है? अच्छे प्रतिवेदन लेखन की विशेषताओं को लिखिए |
What is report writing? Discuss qualities of a good report writing?
अथवा
5 . प्रभावपूर्ण सम्प्रेषण के सिध्दान्तो को समझाइए |
Discuss principles of effective communication.

6 . आदेश पत्र मसौदा तैयार कीजिए |
Draft an order letter.
