Commerce – I Business Communication

Time: 3Hrs] (C-104) [M.M. : 100

Note: इस – पत्र को पाच खण्डो – अ , ब , स , द , एवं इ में विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड – अ ( लघु उतरीय प्रश्न है , जिसके दस भाग है | ये सभी दस भाग अनिबार्य है | खण्ड – ब , स , द , एवं इ ( विस्तृत उतरीय प्रश्न ) प्रत्येक में दो प्रश्न है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न कीजिए | विस्तृत उतर अपेक्षित है | This is paper is divided into five Sections – A, B, C, D, & E Section – A ( Short Answer Questions ) contains one question of ten parts requiring short answer . all these ten parts one compulsory . Sections –B, C, D, & E (Descriptive Answer questions) each contains two questions. Attempt one question from each Section. Answer must be descriptive.

खण्ड – अ ( Section – A )

इस प्रश्न में एक प्रश्न के दस भागो के लघु अपेक्षित है | प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंक का है |

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short answer. Each part carries 4 marks.

1 . (i) अपुष्ट समाचार से आप क्या समझते है ? What do you understand by grapevine?

(ii) श्रवण प्रकिया क्या है?

What listening process?

(iii) ज्ञापन का क्या अर्थ है?

What is the meaning of Memo?

(iv) प्रतिकूल सन्देश क्या है?

What are bad news Letters?

(v) विचार संकेन्द्रण क्या है?

What is brain stroming?

(vi) सवैक्षण की किन्हीं दो विधियों का संक्षेप मे वर्णन कीजिए?

Discuss in brief any two methods of survey.

(vii) World बाइड वैब से आप क्या समझते है?

What do you understand by World Wide Web?

(viii) ई-कॉमर्स क्या है?

What is E-commerce?

(ix) सी से बी ( उपभोक्ता से व्यापार ) क्या होता है ? What is C to B ( Consumer to business ) ?

(x) “सम्प्रेषण एक सफल प्रबधक की कुंजी है |” कैसे ? “Communication is the key of successive manager.” How?

खण्ड –ब , स , द , एवं इ (sections –B, C, D, & E,)

प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रश्न है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न कीजिए | प्रत्येक प्रश्न 15 अंक का है | विस्तृत उतर अपेक्षित है | Each section contains two questions. Attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 marks. Answer must be descriptive.

खण्ड – ब (section –B)

2 . व्यवसायिक संचार की धारणा की स्पष्ट कीजिए | संचार प्रकिया के आधारभूत प्रकारों का वर्णन कीजिए | Explain the concept of business communication. Discuss basic forms of communication process.

अथवा

3 . रव – विकास का क्या अर्थ है? रव विकास प्रभावी संचार के लिए सुझाव दीजिए | What do you mean by self –development ? How self –development contribute to effective communication?

खण्ड – स (section – c)

4 . प्रबन्ध संचार के मुख्य अवरोधों की ब्याख्या कीजिए तथा इसके सुधार के लिये सुझाव दीजिए | Explain the mean barriers to management communication and suggest measures to improve them.

अथवा

5 . “एक प्रभावपूर्ण संचार में संक्षिप्तता तथा पूर्णता जितनी महत्वपूर्ण है उतनी ही महत्वपूर्ण शिष्टता तथा स्प्ष्टता है |” व्याख्या कीजिए | “In an effective communication, conciseness and completeness are as import as courtesy and clarity,” Discuss.
