Commerce Group (C) (v) Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship

Time : 3 Hrs. ] (c-205) [M.M. : 100

नोट: इस प्रशन को पाच खण्डो- अ, ब तथा स में भी विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड-अ में विस्ततर-उतरीय प्रशन, खण्ड ब में लघु-उतरीय प्रशन तथा खण्ड स में अति लघु उतरीय प्रशन है | सभी खण्डो को हल करे |

खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

इस खण्ड में एक प्रशन के दस भागो के लघु उतरी अपेषित है प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंक का है |

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short Answer. Exam part carries 4 marks.

1. (i) “उघमिता नवाचारी कार्य है|” स्पष्ट कीजिए| “Entrepreneurship is a innovative function.” Explain.

(ii) उघमी के जाती वर्ग के उद्भव को समझाइए| Explain the caste class emergence of entrepreneur.

(iii) नेतृत्व की कोई चार विशेषताऍ बताइए| State any four characteristics of leadership.

(iv) प्रवर्तन का अर्थ समझाइए| Explain the meaning of promotion.

(v) ‘इटोप’ विश्लेषण से क्या आशय है? What is meant by ‘ETOP’ analysis?

(vi) ऋण देने वाली केन्द्रस्तरीय वित्तीय संस्थाओं के नाम लिखिए| Name the centre level financial institutions providing loans.

(vii) नवाचार तथा आविष्कार में क्या अन्तर है? What is the difference between innovation and invention?

(viii) सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्त्व के पक्ष में कोई चार तर्क दीजिए| Give any four arguments in favour of social responsibilities.

(ix) भारत में चार सफल महिला उघोगपति के नाम लिखिए| Write the name of four successful female entrepreneurs in india.

(x) स्थानीय माँग क्या है? What is Local demand?

खण्ड-ब (Section–B)

प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रशन है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रशन कीजिए | प्रत्येक प्रशन 15 अंक का है | विस्तत्र उतर अपेक्षित है |

Each Section contains two question. attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 Marks. Answer must be descriptive.

2. किसी राष्ट्र की अर्थव्यवस्था में उघमी की आवश्यकता एवं महत्त्व की विवेचना कीजिए| Discuss the need and importance of entrepreneurs in the economy of a country.

अथवा

3. “नेता जन्म लेते है बनाये नही जाते|” इस कथन को स्पष्ट कीजिए| “Leaders are born not made.” Explain this statement.

खण्ड-स (Section–C)

4. बाहरी पर्यावरण विश्लेषण से क्या आशय है? बाहरी पर्यावरणीय विश्लेषण कको प्रभावित करने वाले घटकों को संक्षेप में समझाइए| What is meant by external environmental analysis? Explain in brief the factors affecting external environmental analysis.

अथवा

5. एक नवीन इकाई की स्थापना के लिये वैधानिक आवश्यकताएँ क्या है? क्या ये पर्याप्त है? स्पष्ट कीजिए| What are the legal requirements to establish a new enterprise? Are they enough? Explain.

खण्ड-द (Section–D)

6. समता अंश क्या है? समता अंशों के निर्गमन द्वारा कोषों के जुटाने के लाभ-दोषों का वर्णन कीजिए| What are equity shares? Describe the advantages and disadvantages of raising funds through insure of equity shares.

अथवा

7. उघम पूँजी क्या है? भारत मैं उघम पूँजी के स्रोतों का वर्णन कीजिए| What is venture capital? Describe the sources of venture capital in India.

8. भारत में उघमिता को प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु सरकार द्वारा प्रदान की गई प्रेनाओं एवं सहायता का वर्णन कीजिए| Describe the incentives and assistance provided by the government to encourage entrepreneurship in India.

9. “उघमी देश में रोजगार के अवसरों का सृजनकर्ता होता है|” स्पष्ट कीजिए| “Entrepreneur in generator of employment opportunities in Country.” Explain.
