नोट: इस प्रशन को पाच खण्डो- अ, ब तथा स में भी विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड-अ में विस्ततर-उतरीय प्रशन, खण्ड ब में लघु-उतरीय प्रशन तथा खण्ड स में अति लघु उतरीय प्रशन है | सभी खण्डो को हल करे |

खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

इस खण्ड में एक प्रशन के दस भागो के लघु उतरी अपेषित है प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंक का है |

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short Answer. Exam part carries 4 marks.

1. (i) क्या उघमिता कला है? Is Entrepreneurship art?

(ii) “उघमी उघोगरूपी जहाज का कप्तान है|” The entrepreneurship is the captain enterprise ship. “Explain.

(iii) स्वोट विश्लेषण| SWOT Analysis.

(iv) नये रोजगार सजन में उघमीकी भूमिका| Role of entrepreneur in generation of new employment.

(v) अवसर विश्लेषण| Opportunity Analysis.

(vi) उघमी जन्मजात होते है| Entrepreneurs are born.

(vii) उघमी और विदेशी विनिमय अर्जन| Entrepreneurs and foreign exchange earning.

(viii) उघमिता विकास कार्यक्रम| Entrepreneurship Development Programme.

(ix) उघम पुंजी के स्रोत| Sources of Venture Capital.

(x) PEST विश्लेषण| Pest Analysis.

खण्ड-ब (Section–B)

प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रशन है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रशन कीजिए | प्रत्येक प्रशन 15 अंक का है | विस्तत्र उतर अपेक्षित है |

Each Section contains two question. attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 Marks. Answer must be descriptive.

2. उघमिता से क्या आशय है? आर्थिक विकास के लिए इसके महत्त्व का विवेचन कीजिए| What is meant by Entrepreneurship? Describe the significance of entrepreneurship for economic development.

अथवा

3. एक उघमी हमेशा नये-नये व्यावसायिक अवसरों की खोज में रहता है| इसके लिये उसे क्या-क्या कदम उठाने पड़ते है? An entrepreneur always remains in identifications of new business opportunities. What steps he has to take in this regard?

खण्ड-स (Section–C)

4. एक नये उघम के वित्त पोषण के लिए वित्त प्राप्त करने के आन्तरिक एवं बाहरी स्रोतों का विवेचन कीजिए| Discuss the internal and external sources of raising funds of financing a new venture.

अथवा

5. नई इकाई को स्थापित करने के लिये वैधानिक आवश्यकताओं का विवेचना कीजिए| Discuss the legal requirements for establishment of new unit.

खण्ड-द (Section–D)

6. उघमिता विकास कार्यक्रमों के योगदान और उनके मह्त्त्क को समझाइये| Discuss Entrepreneurial Development Programmes and their role and relevance.

अथवा

7. उघमिता विकास कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन में सरकार की भूमिका स्पष्ट कीजिये| Explain the role of Government in organizing Entrepreneurial Development Programmes.

खण्ड-इ (Section–E)

8. उघोगों के सन्तुलित क्षेत्रीय विकास में उघमी के योगदान का विवेचन कीजिए| Discuss the role of entrepreneur in balanced regional development of industries.

अथवा

9. निर्यात सम्वर्ध्दन और आयत प्रतिस्थापन में उधमी की भूमिका का विवेचन कीजिए| Discuss the role of entrepreneur in export promotion and import substitution.
