Note: This paper is divided into five Sections- A, B, C, D, & E. Section-A (Short Answer Questions) contains one question of ten parts requiring short answer. All these ten parts are compulsory. Sections- B, C, D, & E (Descriptive Answer Question) each contains two questions. Attempt one question from each Section. Answer must be descriptive.
नोट: इस प्रश्न-पत्र को पांच खण्डों-अ, ब, स, द, एवं इ में विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड-अ ( लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न) में एक लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न है, जिसके दस भाग है | ये सभी दस भाग अनिवार्य है | खण्डों-ब, स, द, एवं इ (विस्तृत उत्तरीय प्रश्न) प्रत्येक में दो प्रश्न है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न कीजिए | विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है |

(Short Answer Question)

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short answer. Each part carries 4 marks.
इस खण्ड में एक प्रश्न के दश भागों के लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है | प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंको का है |
- (i) Explain in brief the concept of Management.
प्रबन्धन की प्रवृति को संक्षेप में समझाइए |
(ii) Why organization is necessary in management?
संगठन प्रबन्धन में क्यों आवश्यक है?
(iii) Explain planning concept.
नियोजन अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए |
(iv) Explain the meaning of motivation.
अभिप्रेणा का अर्थ स्पष्ट कीजिए |
(v) Mention four characteristics of leadership.
नेतृत्व की चार विशेषताएँ बताइए |
(vi) State four characteristics of managerial control.
प्रबन्धकीय नियन्त्रण की चार विशेषताएँ बताइए |
(vii) Define organization.
संगठन की परिभाषा दीजिए |
(viii) Explain X theory of motivation.
अभिप्रेणा की एक्स विचारधारा समझइए |
(ix) Explain communication concept.
सन्देशवाहन की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए |
(x) What is meant by effective communication?

Each section contains two questions. Attempt one question from each section. Each question carries 15 marks. Answer must be descriptive.

- Discuss the reasons for increasing importance of management in modern age.
आधुनिक युग में प्रबन्धन के बढ़ते हुए महत्त्व के कारणों की विवेचना कीजिए |
Or
अथवा
- Describe the functional areas of management.
प्रबन्धन के क्रियात्मक क्षेत्रों का वर्णन कीजिए |
Section-C
खण्ड-स
- What do you mean by contingency approach? Explain its characteristics an utility.
सांयोगिक दृष्टिकोण से आपका क्या तात्पर्य है? इसकी विशेषताएँ व उपयोगिता समझाइए |

- Define Planning. Discuss its importance, nature, objectives in business managements.
