Note: इस – पत्र को पाच खण्डो – अ , ब , स , द , एवं इ में विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड – अ ( लघु उतरीय प्रश्न है , जिसके दस भाग है | ये सभी दस भाग अनिबार्य है | खण्ड – ब , स , द , एवं इ ( विस्तृत उतरीय प्रश्न ) प्रत्येक में दो प्रश्न है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न कीजिए | विस्तृत उतर अपेक्षित है |

This is paper is divided into five Sections – A, B, C, D, & E Section – A ( Short Answer Questions ) contains one question of ten parts requiring short answer . all these ten parts one compulsory . Sections –B, C, D, & E (Descriptive Answer questions) each contains two questions. Attempt one question from each Section. Answer must be descriptive.

इस खण्ड में एक प्रश्न के दस भागों के लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है | प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंको का है |

1, (i) Differentiate between oral and written communication.

मौखिक एवं लिखित संचार में अन्तर स्पष्ट कीजिए |

(ii) How communication be made effective?

संचार को किस प्रकार प्रभावी बनाया जा सकता है |

(iii) How audience analysis I done?

श्रोता विशलेषण कैसे किया जाता है?

(iv) Explain any four barriers of communication.

सम्प्रेषण (संचार) के कोई चार अवरोधक तत्व बताइए |

(v) What is listening?

श्रवणता क्या है?

(vi) Explain in brief seven C’s of effective communication.

प्रभावपूर्ण सम्प्रेषण के सात ‘सी’ की संक्षेप में स्पष्ट कीजिए |

(vii) What is oral presentation?

मौखिक प्रस्तुतिकरण क्या है?

(viii) Explain is brief the forms of proxemics

समीप्य भाषा के प्रारूप संक्षेप में बताइए |

(ix) What is cellular phone?

सेल्युलर फ़ोन क्या है?

(x) “The future of e-commerce is bright in Indian prospect.” Explain in brief.

Each Section contains two questions. Attempt one question from each Section, Each question carries 15 marks. Answer must descriptive.

प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रश्न है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न कीजिए | प्रयेक प्रश्न 15 अंको का है | विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है |

Section – B (खण्ड – ब)

2, “Communication is necessary to business as the blood stream is to a person. “Discuss.

“एक व्यवसाय के लिए सम्प्रेषण का उतना ही महत्व है जितना की व्यक्ति के लिए रक्त संचार का |” विवेचना कीजिए |

Or / अथवा

3, Write an essay in the interrelations of the communication and self-development.

सम्प्रेषण एवं एटीएम-विकास के अन्तर्सम्बन्धों पर एक निबन्ध लिखिए |

Section – C (खण्ड – स)

4, How development of positive attitude help in better communication in business? Discuss.

व्यापार में सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण का विकास बेहतर संचार में कैसे सहायता करता है? विवेचना कीजिए|

5, Suggest measures to remove barriers of communication.

सम्प्रेषण की बाधाओं को दूर करने के उपाय बताइए |

समितियों की रिपोर्ट पर एक लेख लिखिए |

Section – E (खण्ड – इ)

8, Company ‘A’ wants to purchase raw material from Company ‘B’ Write a business letter on behalf of Company ‘A’ to Company ‘B’

कम्पनी ‘ए’ कम्पनी ‘बी’ से कच्चामाल क्रय करना चाहती है | कम्पनी ‘ए’ की और से कम्पनी ‘बी’ के लिए व्यापारिक पत्र लिखिए |

9, Write an application for the post of Commerce lecturer in college.

किसी महाविघालाय में वाणिज्य प्रवक्ता या व्याख्यता पद हेतु एक आवेदन-पत्र लिखिए |
