Commerce Group (C (v)) Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship

Time : 3 Hrs. ] [M.M. : 100

नोट : इस प्रशन को पाच खण्डो- अ, ब तथा स में भी विभाजित किया गया है | खण्ड-अ में विस्ततर-उतरीय प्रशन, खण्ड ब में लघु-उतरीय प्रशन तथा खण्ड स में अति लघु उतरीय प्रशन है | सभी खण्डो को हल करे |

खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

इस खण्ड में एक प्रशन के दस भागो के लघु उतरी अपेषित है प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंक का है |

This Section contains one question of ten parts requiring short Answer. Exam part carries 4 marks.

1.(i) “उधमी जन्म से नही होते, बनाए जाते है |” टिप्पणी लिखिए | “Entrepreneurs are mode not born. “Comment.

(ii) एक सफल उधमी की विशेषताए | Qualities of a successful entrepreneur.

(iii) स्वोट विशलेष | SWOT Analysis.

(iv) अवसर विशलेषण | Opportunity Analysis.

(v) रोजगार सर्जन में उधमी की भूमिका | Role of entrepreneur in employment generation.

(vi) ‘नवाचार’ एव ‘अविष्कार’ के मध्य अन्तर स्पष्ट कीजिए | Distinguish between ‘Innovation’ and ‘Invention’.

(vii) उधमी विकास कार्यक्रम | Entrepreneurship Development Program.

(viii) उधमी और प्रबन्धक के मध्य अन्तर स्पष्ट कीजिए | Distinguish between entrepreneur and manager.

(ix) उधमी पूँजी के स्रोत | Sources of Venture Capital.

(x) विदेशी अर्जन में उधमी की भूमिका | Role of entrepreneur in foreign exchange earning.

खण्ड-ब (Section-B)

प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रशन है | प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रशन कीजिए | प्रत्येक प्रशन 15 अंक का है | विस्तत्र उतर अपेक्षित है |

Each Section contains two question. attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 Marks. Answer must be descriptive.

2. ‘उधमता’ से आप क्या समझते है ? भारत में उधमता के विकास की आवश्यकता को समझाए | What do you understand by ‘Entrepreneurship’ ? Explain the need for entrepreneurship development in India.

अथवा

एक नये उधम के वित्पोष्ण के लिए धन जुटाने के आंतरिक एव बाहरी स्रोतों की विवेचना कीजिए |Discuss the internal and external sources of raising the steps necessary for opportunity analysis.

3.’अवसर विशलेषण’ क्या है ? अवसर विशलेषण के लिए आवश्यक चरणों का उल्लेख कीजिए | What is ‘Opportunity Analysis’? Discuss the steps necessary for opportunity analysis.

अथवा

सर्जनशीलता, अविष्कार और नवाचार के मध्य अन्तर-सम्बन्ध की व्यख्या कीजिए | Explain inter-relationship among creativity, invention and innovation.

खण्ड-स (Section-D)

4. उधमिता विकास कार्यक्रम के आयोजन में सरकार की भूमिका को स्पष्ट कीजिए | Elucidate the role of Government in organizing Entrepreneurial Development Program (EDP).

अथवा

उधमिता विकास कार्यक्रम की भूमिका और प्रसिगता की विवेचना कीजिए |Explain the ‘Theory of Achievement Motivation ‘propounded by David Mc Clelland.

खण्ड-इ (Section-E)

5. डेविड Mc Clelland द्वारा प्रतिपादित ‘उप्ल्वद्धि परेण सिधान्त’ को विस्तार से समझिए | Explain the ‘Theory of Achievement Motivation’ propounded by David Mc Clelland.

अथवा

सामाजिक स्थिरता एव संतुलन क्षेत्रीय विकास में उधमियो की भूमिका का उल्लेख कीजिए | Discuss the role of entrepreneurs in bringing about social stability and balanced regional development.
